The planning instructions for city streets in Hamburg ( PLAST for short ) are a set of technical rules published by the Hanseatic City of Hamburg . This includes the necessary information for planning and traffic engineering for the construction of new roads or the redesign of existing facilities. It applies there to all public paths, streets and squares. The planning instructions also take into account urban design, ecological and traffic and road law aspects. They are an instrument for the Hamburg authorities, engineers and architects.
rating
Since some parts date from the early 80s, the statements often no longer correspond to the state of the art , which is defined in Germany by the rules of the Research Association for Roads and Transport . On the other hand, the information in PLAST is sometimes much more detailed than there.
