Plexippus (son of Thestios)
Plexippos ( Greek Πλήξιππος ) is the son of Thestios in Greek mythology . He took part in the hunt for the Calydonian boar . Meleager had offered a hunting trophy for it. After the boar was killed, Meleager did not give the trophy to Plexippus, but to a woman. Plexippus was very angry about this. In the ensuing argument, Meleager killed him.
