Jesús Hernández Aristu

Jesús Hernández Aristu (* 1943 ) is a Spanish social scientist, supervisor and university professor . Aristu provided important impulses in the further development of social work, systemic supervision and organizational consulting, especially in the context of the training and further education of social workers and supervisors in Germany, Spain, Latin America and Hungary.

Life

After studying philosophy, Catholic theology and pedagogy in Pamplona from 1960 to 1967, he continued his pedagogy studies at the University of Education in the Rhineland , Aachen department with a focus on adult education and youth work, with a degree in pedagogy . This was followed by a doctorate in educational science at the university in Deusto (near Bilbao ) founded and supported by the Jesuits , as well as training in psychotherapeutic methods ( gestalt therapy and psychoanalysis ) in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium. Jesús Hernández Aristu trained in systemic supervision and organizational consulting and was certified as a supervisor and teaching supervisor SG . He worked as a supervisor and in the training of supervisors at the Institute for Consulting and Supervision (IBS) in Aachen, as well as at the University Didactic Center of the RWTH Aachen From 1988 to 1990 he was head of the University of Social Work in Pamplona (Escuela Universitaria de Trabajo Social de Navarra) and held visiting professorships at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Santiago de Chile) and the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences (Krefeld / Mönchengladbach). Since 1990 he has taught as a professor at the Universidad Publica de Navarra in Pamplona.
