The Polosmina , also Pallasmina , was a Russian measure of volume and was half an eighth.

1 Polosmina = 2 Pajoki = 4 = 4 Tschetweriki Pud = about 97.516 liters
1 Cheetwerik = 2 Poluchetweriki = 1 pud = 1,229 Parisian cubic inches = 24.378 liters

Dried rye served as the basis of measurement .
