Polypragmatic

The polypharmacy ( Greek πολυπραγμασία , ancient Greek spoken polypragmasía , "overactivity") refers to the medicine , the meaning and concept-free diagnosis and treatment with many drugs and medicines and other therapeutic measures. This increases the risk of exchange and side effects .

According to the World Health Organization , the risk of adverse reactions and side effects increases exponentially from around six different drugs per patient . This is particularly common in the elderly.
