history
The Prutz Polytechnic Course (former name) was founded in September 1966.
As today, the school district consisted of 14 congregations belonging to the Upper Court.
Two classes were opened with 71 students, 40 boys and 31 girls.
Like the secondary school at that time, the school was housed in the premises of the Prutz elementary school and connected to the secondary school in terms of organization.
In 1967/1968 the parishes of Pfunds, Nauders and Spiss set up their own polytechnic course.
In 1969/1970 a class of 29 students was taught.
In 1970/1971 the school was run in the new school building of HS Prutz / Ried.
In 1975/1976 the polytechnic course was once again run as a single class.
The polytechnical course has been run as an independent school since 1978/1979.
