Pontificia commissione referente di studio e di indirizzo sull'organizzazione della struttura economico-amministrativa
The COSEA ( Italian Pontificia commissione referente di studio e di indirizzo sull'organizzazione della struttura economico-amministrativa ) was a commission of the Vatican that was set up by Pope Francis on July 18, 2013 .
The commission worked out proposals for the Pope for economic and administrative structural reforms of the Curia and the Vatican administration. It was disbanded on May 22, 2014 after completing its mandate.
Published documents by this commission led to the Vatileaks 2.0 scandal in 2015 and to the arrest and conviction of the two former members Lucio Ángel Vallejo Balda and Francesca Immacolata Chaouqui by the Vatican judiciary.
