The Pordim Islands ( Bulgarian острови Пордим ostrowi Pordim ) are a group of two neighboring islands in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They extend 0.87 km east-northeast of Heywood Island and 2.1 km northwest of Catharina Point of Robert Island over a length of 0.96 km in an east-southeast-west-northwest orientation.
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after the city of Pordim in northern Bulgaria .
