Poussiereisen

The Poussiereisen is a tool used by the plasterer .

It resembles a spatula and has different shapes, which can be straight, smooth, raised, round, or hollow. Especially in the Baroque and Rococo periods there was a great variety of shapes. The plasterer smooths, hollows out, cuts or throws the plastering mortar applied to the carrier into the desired shape.
