Prabhūtaratna
Prabhutaratna ( Sanskrit : Prabhutaratna ; . Chin Duobao Rulai , 多寶如來 / 多宝如来 , Duōbǎo Rulai ; Jap. Taho Nyorai , 多宝如来 ) is a Buddha from the eastern world, the country called "Jewels-net" (Sanskrit Ratnaviśuddhā ; Chinese Baojing 寶 淨 / 宝 净 ), a Buddha of the past. He is reported in the Lotos Sutra and in the Mahāprajñāpāramitāśāstra (Chinese: Dazhi dulun 大智 度 論 ).
In the 11th chapter of the Lotus Sutra on the apparition of the Jeweled Stupa it is said that he appears with his Jeweled Stupa ( 寶塔 / 宝塔 , bǎotǎ ) in the places of the ten directions where he hears of the Lotos Sutra .
In iconography he is represented (a) as a triad with Śākyamuni and Maitreya ; (b) in a double portrait with Śākyamuni (China); (c) in a stupa where he is listening to Śākyamuni's sermon.
