Pranas Vytautas Rasimavičius
Pranas Vytautas Rasimavičius (* 1930 ; † 2002 in Lithuania ) was a Lithuanian family lawyer, constitutional judge, professor at Vilnius University (lit .: "Vilniaus universitetas") and MRU .
Life
He graduated in law and received his doctorate in 1969 from Vilnius University on the subject of “ Contracting Contract for Agricultural Production of Collective Farms ” (Kolūkių žemės ūkio produkcijos supirkimo kontraktacijos sutartis) . He then completed his habilitation in civil law.
From 1976 to 1986 he headed the chair for civil law and civil procedural law. From 1993 to 1999 he was a judge at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania , and from 1999 to 2002 he was chair at the Lietuvos teisės universitetas .
He is a co-author of the Commentary on the Lithuanian Marriage and Family Code .
