Prasat Leak Neang

Prasat Leak Neang (from the Rouge "tower of the hidden virgin") is a small, 200 m east Pre Rup lying prasat in Angkor .

According to an inscription, the building dates back to 960 and was built under Rajendravarman II . The square base has a length of 4.5 m. The only decoration on the lintel above the eastern entrance is shown riding Indra on Airavata . A series of praying figures is incorporated above it. Prasat Leak Neang has false portals in the other directions. Except for the frame of the east portal, which consists of octagonal columns and gable field, which is made of sandstone , the tower is built of brick.
