The German branch was based in Stuttgart .
In April 2005, the Premier Group was sold by Dürr Beteiligungen AG to Voith AG, where it was incorporated into the Industrial Services division, to which DIW Deutsche Industriewartung AG , based in Stuttgart, also belonged.
