The Prussian cemetery Breiteneich is a military cemetery in Breiteneich in the municipality of Horn in Lower Austria .

During the Austro-Prussian War in 1866 broke the Prussian army , the cholera and spread with the troops advancing cholera in some parts of Lower Austria . When marching through Horn, soldiers also quartered themselves in the area around Horn.

The Prussian cemetery is located on the edge of the forest between Doberndorfer Straße and a path to Breiteneich. Six Prussian soldiers, who fell victim to the cholera march back, rest here. "Resting place of the Prussian warriors who were killed by cholera after the campaign in Horn in 1866" is also written on the gravestone.

Locals who were dragged off by the cholera brought in by the soldiers are buried at the Maria Dreieichen cholera cemetery.
