Prince Polo is a chocolate waffle that was brought onto the market in 1955 by the Polish company Olza from Cieszyn , which had been producing sweets since 1920. The company was bought by Kraft Jacobs Suchard in 1993 and has been owned by Mondelēz International since 2013 . Prince Polo is sold in Poland, as well as in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta and the Ukraine - in some cases under the name Siesta . In Iceland, the product was launched with great success under the Prins Póló brand .
