The row houses at Prinz-Georg-Straße 37, 39, 41 were a group of buildings built at the beginning of the 20th century on Prinz-Georg-Straße in Düsseldorf that has not been preserved.

history

The three houses were built before 1907 by the Düsseldorf architect Gottfried Wehling . The architecture was carried out “in a modern style”, the facades were plastered . While the plaster of houses No. 37 and 39 was gray-yellowish, house No. 41 was designed with dark gray plaster and clinker brickwork . The construction costs were 24,000 marks for house no. 37 and 27,000 marks each for the other two houses.
