The building at Prinz-Georg-Straße 7 in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort is a listed building. The listed building was built from 1909 to 1910 according to plans by the architect Thilo Schneider. From 1983 to 1984 the building was modernized and partially rebuilt. On June 27, 1984 the building was listed as a historical monument.

The building is assigned to the neo-baroque. Architectural details are the natural stone facade, the structure of the pilaster strips , the brackets supporting the roof overhang, the gabled oriel and the mansard roof with plain tile covering :

“The architect [...] built the two-story house with a high basement and natural stone facades [...] The facade is divided into three axes towards the street. A pilaster structure is placed above the base. Consoles support the wide roof overhang. A bay window with a round arched gable and ornamented gable field emphasizes the central axis on the upper floor. The ground floor windows are raised by decorated arched fields. Three modern dormers with balconies open the mansard roof, which shows a beaver tail covering. There is an incision in the upper part of the roof. The corners to the south facade are rounded. There are four axes in the middle. In the second axis from the right, the house entrance opens with a skylight above a flight of stairs. Above this, a balcony with metal railing steps in front of the building line. The ground floor windows have decorative grilles. They too are emphasized by arched fields with ornament. On the far left, an oculus illuminates the ground floor. Four dormers illuminate the roof. The rear narrow side shows on the right a rectangular porch with large windows, which has an exit in front of the upper floor. The facade juts out on three sides on the left. The roof is emphasized here by a tower-like dormer in the upper part. The lower part of the roof has modern dormers with outlets. [...] "
