The two-storey half - timbered house from the 18th century, inscribed in 1771, was demolished in 1958/59 for traffic-related reasons and rebuilt at a later point. The largest part of the framework has been renewed.

Because of the historical half-timbered architecture and as part of the monastery ensemble , as well as for local historical, architectural and urban planning reasons, the property is worth preserving.
