In Upper Swabia Simonsberg, a bowery at Hausen, community Salgen is a Roman Catholic private chapel . The small building was built in the second half of the 19th century in the courtyard of a property. The rectangular room vaulted with a flat barrel and a Lourdes grotto faces south. On the north gable is a wooden roof turret with a square cross-section, clad with sheet metal .

The foundation stone of the former Simon and Judah Chapel is on the inside on the east wall. The small square copper plate bears the following Antiqua inscription:

The copper plate is embedded in a marble slab from the second half of the 19th century with the German translation of the text. On the north inner wall there is a marble plaque from the second half of the 19th century in memory of those who died of the plague in the 17th century and those who were buried on Simonsberg from the Hausen community . The small crucifix , called Ulrich Cross , with seed beads on the beam ends, consists of setted wood and was made in the 18th century.
