ProcessWire is a free , PHP- based content management framework (CMF) or content management system (CMS) for websites . It is an open source project and was first published in 2007. MySQL is used as the database . In 2012 ProcessWire was voted the best free CMS by CMS Critic .
Range of functions
ProcessWire offers a jQuery inspired API . Features such as drag & drop file upload, navigation management, search engine friendly URLs, multilingualism, user-defined fields and access rights based on user roles are included.
