Progress Glasow ( Russian Прогресс Глазов ) is a Russian ice hockey club from Glasow . The team has played in the Pervaya League since the 2010/11 season .
history
The team was founded in 1954 under the name of Traktor Glasow . After the club was then temporarily called Torpedo Glasow , the current name Progress Glasow was adopted in 1962 . During the Soviet era, the team took part in the second division several times. In the 1990s, she became an integral part of the second-highest Russian league. Progress Glazov last played in the 2009/10 season in the Vysschaya League . Then this was replaced by the Wysschaja Hockey League and Progress was relegated to the third-class Pervaya League .
