The Prophetensee is a lake in the district of Pinneberg in the German state Schleswig-Holstein in the city of Quickborn . The lake is approximately 1,500 m² and up to 2.15 meters deep. It was created 12,000 years ago by a sinkhole and was originally 35 meters deep.
