The Pschyrembel sign is a so-called probable sign of pregnancy named after Willibald Pschyrembel (1901–1987) , which can be detected from the second to third month of pregnancy.

During the manual examination, a thin, softer shell around a hard core is palpated on the cervix , so that this finding is also known as the stick-cloth mark .
