Pseudo-Skylax

As a pseudo-Skylax the author is an ancient Periplous ( Coast description ) in Greek refers to the following titles wears: " Περίπλους τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς οἰκουμένης Εὐρώπης καὶ Ἀσίας καὶ Λιβύης " ( "Coast Description of the Sea of the inhabited parts of Europe, Asia and Africa" ). The author is given as the navigator Skylax (by Karyanda ), but the unanimous opinion of researchers is that the work is a later compilation of periploi and reports originally from the later 4th century BC. Chr. Originate and mostly the Athenian taking perspective.
