The Haar Psychiatry Museum is a museum that documents the history of hospital and psychiatry in Haar near Munich .

The museum is located in several rooms of an old villa on the clinic grounds of the Isar-Amper-Klinikum München-Ost . The anteroom is also the first exhibition room in which various stages in the history of psychiatry are shown. In this and the following rooms, original exhibits, photos and text panels show the almost 100-year development from the former mental hospital to a modern psychiatric hospital. Dark chapters from the time of National Socialism are taken up in terms of content.

In July 2005 the museum was set up on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the clinic as a volunteer . For this, the employees were awarded the district medal in silver in 2010 for services to the district of Upper Bavaria .
