Publius Nasellius Proclianus

Publius Nasellius Proclianus was a member of the Roman army living in the 2nd century AD .

A dedicatory inscription that was found at the Heilbronn-Böckingen fort and which is dated to 148, shows that Proclianus Centurio was the Legio VIII Augusta . The inscription also shows that he was also the Praepositus of the Cohors I Helvetiorum , who at that time was stationed in the province of Germania superior .

Two more dedicatory inscriptions were found near Böckingen, which Proclianus had erected.
