Publius Septimius Aper

Publius Septimius Aper was a Roman politician living in the 2nd century AD .

An inscription dated July 1, 153, proves that Aper was 153 together with Marcus Sedatius Severianus suffect consul ; the two took office on July 1 of that year. Gaius Septimius Severus Aper may have been his son.
