Posemuckel

Posemuckel is the German name of two villages in the Babimost municipality in Poland:

Since the 19th century "Posemuckel" (or modified "Pusemuckel") has been used as a synonym for "small, remote and provincial town", similar to Hintertupfingen .

During the Second World War , the term "Posemuckel" served as a cover name for a training and operational airfield in Schneverdingen . Since the war it has been known as Camp Reinsehlen .
