Johannes de Pustimir

Johannes de Pustimir (Czech Jan z Pustiměře ) († 1421 ) was a Czech scholar.

Life

Johannes von Pustimir passed the examination as a bachelor's degree at the Charles University in 1384 and was appointed master of the liberal arts in 1388 . In 1403 he was appointed dean of the faculty and from 1404 to 1405 he was rector of the university.

Works

He commented on the works of Matěj z Knína and Jan Hus .
