Quality inspection

Quality inspection is the specific determination of whether certain conditions are met for products or services , e.g. B. Conditions according to DIN 1319 . It is an essential part of quality management . The quality check is used to determine the extent to which z. B. a production unit meets the quality requirement . Depending on the area of ​​application, the test takes place on the basis of hard facts or subjective feelings.

The quality inspection data is usually recorded in writing and often analyzed on the PC. So- called CAQ systems are used especially in industrial production , which digitally record and partially evaluate the measurement data. Objective tests can mainly be found in production: e.g. B. physical properties - length, width, weight, density, speed (time) etc. and are recorded by a measuring test and evaluated in the quality control card.

Subjective facts are more likely to be used in the field of services. Here, on the basis of questionnaires, B. the "perceived" speed of service provision is measured. The data on subjective facts are recorded by attribute tests and documented in the error collection card .

The measurement results are made comparable with the requirements using diagrams and statistical evaluations.
