Quintus Verius Superstis

Quintus Verius Superstis was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 3rd century AD .

A dedicatory inscription found at the Vercovicium fort and dated 201/300 shows that Superstis was Prefect of the Cohors I Tungrorum , which was stationed in the province of Britannia at that time .
