Rüdiger Theiselmann

Rüdiger Theiselmann (born October 31, 1976 in Ibbenbüren ) is a German lawyer , legal scientist , author and entrepreneur .

He studied law at the universities of Bielefeld and Cologne . In 2003 he was promoted to Dr. jur. PhD . At the same time, he completed his legal clerkship and a Master of Business Law (LL.M.oec.) Degree at the University of Cologne. In addition, he completed a degree in banking management at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management while working .

Rüdiger Theiselmann worked from 1995 to 1999 as a freelance journalist for daily newspapers and television stations. From 1999 to 2002 he worked for Deutsche Bank and from 2005 to 2013 for Commerzbank , initially as assistant to the board and then in investment banking . He then moved to the Wellensiek commercial law firm in Frankfurt as a lawyer and executive partner. In 2015 he founded Huckberg GmbH and his law firm Theiselmann & Cie. and advises managers on legal matters. He also built Digitorney as an international legal tech start-up.

At the same time, Rüdiger Theiselmann works for the Board Academy in the supervisory board training, lectures as a lecturer at the EBS University of Economics and Law and publishes specialist publications. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Finance Association (corpfina).
