An automatic jogger or vibrator is a machine used in the processing of print products . With it, stacks of paper are aligned with precise edges by vibration .

functionality

In the field of paper processing , such a device is used to align the edges of a giant paper before cutting. This is done using a table with two sides lineal and a ruler at the rear, with a vibrating motor is provided. The material loaded on it is precisely aligned with the edge by tilting the table to the left or right and simultaneously vibrating.

Sometimes the vibrating tables can also be equipped with an air discharge roller, which pushes out the air between the individual sheets of paper in order to achieve an even more precise alignment of the sheets.
