RTL 7 is a Dutch commercial broadcaster and, along with RTL 4 , RTL 5 and RTL 8, belongs to RTL Nederland . The television station began broadcasting on September 1, 1995 under the name Veronica , and from 2001 to August 11, 2005 it was called Yorin .
The station is broadcast in the Netherlands and Luxembourg via DVB-T2 , cable and satellite . RTL 7 is a Luxembourg broadcaster because the Luxembourg licensors are much more liberal than those in the Netherlands and the broadcaster can avoid such strict controls.
The broadcaster mainly shows sports formats.
