Raad van Beheer
The Raad van Beheer (full name: Raad van Beheer op Kynorien Gebied in Nederland ) is the Dutch umbrella organization for dog breeding and dog sports , which, like the German VDH, is a member of the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI). 155 pedigree dog clubs and 70 regional dog sport clubs are affiliated to it. He oversees the standards , is the editor of the pedigree for pedigree dogs, takes care of the identification of the dogs and of the canine life in general, such as public relations, research and dog sports. The umbrella organization is based in Amsterdam and was founded on December 18, 1901 by the Royal Dutch Hunting Association Nimrod (founded January 1, 1874), the Royal Dutch Kennel Club "Cynophilia" (founded April 1, 1890) and the cynologist Vereeniging Nederland founded.
