The ice hockey department of the French sports club Racing Club de France from Paris existed from the 1930s to the 1960s.

history

Racing Club de France's ice hockey division was founded in the 1930s. In the 1931/32 season , the team reached the final of the top French ice hockey division for the first time , but lost in this Stade Français 2: 3 after extra time. In the following season, the Racing Club was defeated by the same opponent just as closely with 0: 1 in the championship final. Also at the third attempt in the 1943/44 season, the team lost in the championship final, but this time to the Chamonix Hockey Club and clearly with 0: 5. The greatest success in the club's history was winning the French championship title in the 1949/50 and 1950/51 seasons . Most recently, the team took part in the game operation of the top French division in the 1962/63 season.
