Weßnig Cyclist Church
The Weßnig Cyclist Church is located in the Weßnig district of the city of Torgau between the core city and Belgern in Saxony and is Germany's first cyclist church .
Weßnig had a church as early as the 10th century. The current church building was consecrated in 1804. It has not been used as a place of worship since 1970. Because it is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Route between Cuxhaven and Prague, it has been used as a bicycle church since 2003.
