Rocco moved from Munich to Berlin , and he hates the new situation in the foreign big city , without friends and girlfriend. But then he heard them for the first time: the voices of John, Anna, Mika, Bert and Ramona, the voices of Radio Gaga . They broadcast a wacky program, free and uncensored, straight from a hijacked watchtower on the former death strip. Rocco is determined to get to know this crew, especially Ramona.
