Radio Maja ( Bulgarian Радио Мая ) is a private radio broadcaster in Bulgaria . The broadcaster's motto is "Чуйте музиката" (in English, hear the music).
history
Radio Maja started broadcasting in 1993. At this point in time the program was based on the Voice of America program , with which a cooperation and license agreement was signed. Radio Maja also owns the rights to broadcast and use Deutsche Welle's programs for the area of south-east Bulgaria.
Maja produces a 24-hour program in Burgas and has no other branches or studio complexes. The transmitting antenna is located in the city center, on the building of the Hotel Bulgaria, which is 108 m high. The studio is also located in the city center at 17 Aleksandrowska Street. Since September 2004, the radio has belonged to the RN Mediagroup.
