In Germany, the Pralipe Theater is best known for its collaboration with the Theater an der Ruhr in Mülheim an der Ruhr under the artistic director Roberto Ciulli . The cooperation began with Ratvale Bijava ( Blood Wedding ) by Federico García Lorca and Marat / Sade by Peter Weiss in the production by Rahim Burhan, which premiered in 1991 at the Theater im Raffelbergpark and were shown in many cities in Germany, Holland and Switzerland. Under the motto "The gypsies are back", the Theater an der Ruhr and Pralipe campaigned against the growing xenophobia in Germany in 1992/93. Ratvale Bijava was performed in Romanes in around 15 cities, including Halle, Hoyerswerda, Lübeck, Magdeburg, Munich and Rostock. After the performances, the actors sought to talk to the visitors. In 1998 Pralipe was invited to the MESS '98 International Theater Festival in Sarajevo with the production of Yerma . To mark the ten-year anniversary of the cooperation, the festival “10 Years of Roma Theater Pralipe” was organized in 2001, in which, in addition to various productions, an exhibition “Colors of Roma Children” was shown and invited to discussion events.
