Rainer mortar
Rainer Mörtel (* around 1969) is a German chef , restaurateur and TV chef .
Life
Mortar is a trained butcher and cook. He is also a qualified hotel manager and master chef. Since January 2013 he has been successfully running Rainer's Restaurant in Boxdorf near Fürth. He is also known for the television program Das Schnellgericht in Franken Fernsehen .
