Rajmund Fodor

Rajmund Fodor (born February 21, 1976 in Szeged ) is a Hungarian water polo player . Rajmund Fodor is 1.90 m tall and his competition weight is 94 kg.

Rajmund Fodor belongs to the generation of Hungarian water polo players who were able to build on the great successes of the 1950s from the 1990s.

Rajmund Fodor was already part of the team that won silver at the European Championships in 1993. This was followed by silver in 1995 at the European championship, the European championship titles in 1997 and 1999 and in between he was second in the 1998 world championship.

At the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000, the Hungarian team won gold with Rajmund Fodor. In 2001 and 2003 he was third at the European Championship and in 2003 he won the world title. In Athens at the 2004 Olympic Games , he helped defend the 2000 gold medal. In 2005 he won silver at the World Cup.
