Bychau district
The Bychau Rajon ( Belarusian Быхаўскі раён ; Russian Быховский район ) is an administrative unit in the Mahiljouskaja Woblasz in Belarus with the administrative center in the city of Bychau . The Rajon has an area of 2300 km².

The Bychau Rajon is located in the south of the Mahiljouskaja Woblasz. The neighboring rayons in Mahiljouskaja Woblasz are Mahiljou in the north, Tschawussy in the north-east, Slauharad in the east , Kirau in the west and Klitschau in the north-west . In the south, the border with Rahachou Rajon runs in Homelskaya Woblasz .
The largest rivers are the Dnepr with the tributaries Uchljasz , Lachwa , Polna , Babrouka , Makranka , Adamenka and Druz with the tributary Hresa .
