Ralf Ek
Ralf Ek (* 1967 ) is a German and Swedish legal scholar. He is admitted to the bar and attorney in both Germany and Sweden.
Career
Ek studied law in Freiburg, Heidelberg, Stockholm and Guildford (England). He practiced as a lawyer in Hamburg, Berlin and now in Frankfurt am Main. He works for the international law firm Jones Day .
Ek publishes regularly, especially in company law and company law . He regularly appears as a speaker at business law seminars.
