The Ralf Rangnick Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to give children the chance to develop freely, regardless of their social status. The foundation acts as a link between donors and schools that need to be supported. The focus of the foundation's work is to promote creativity, talents and interests of the children and to create ideal learning conditions.

Projects

Digital workshop

In cooperation with the toy manufacturer Haba , children between 6 and 12 years of age learn in a playful way how to deal with various topics of the digital world in the digital workshop. In learning groups of up to 15 students, both technical, such as building robots, programming and animating, as well as social skills such as teamwork or the joy of experimentation are taught.

Saddle-proof

In cooperation with the police , primary school students from 1st to 4th grade learn to safely participate in road traffic. A police prevention team comes to mobile youth traffic schools in educational institutions and, after completing basic training, in which situations in road traffic are realistically presented, issues the “to-go” bicycle driver's license.

Companies set school

The Ralf Rangnick Foundation supports sponsorships in which companies specifically support individual elementary schools in the areas of "exercise", "nutrition", " MINT " and "music & creative". The students get their first insights into the world of work.

District Opera Leipzig

In cooperation with Barbara Rucha, Jennecke and the Leipzig Foundation, children are initially introduced to the processes in the opera and orchestra. Ultimately, the orchestra performs its own opera together with the students. In this multi-year process, the children learn instruments and artistic and manual skills related to opera and orchestra.
