The Ramal de Dom Silvério is a historic railway line in the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil .

The Ramal de Dom Silvério was previously called Ramal de Saúde and was put into operation in 1887. He connected the place Saúde (Dom Silvério) with the place Ponte Nova on the Linha de Três Rios-Caratinga . The railway line was shut down on June 30, 1973.
