Raster blaster

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Raster Blaster was a pinball - computer game in 1981 for the Apple II - home computer . The game was programmed by Bill Budge and published by BudgeCo .

The game produced a full screen representation of the pinball table. Although the Apple II computer was not designed for such a graphical representation, Budge still managed to implement the representation in such a way that the game could keep up with the arcade games of the time. Raster Blaster was based on the Williams Flipper Firepower.

Raster Blaster was very successful economically and Budge subsequently programmed Pinball Construction Set (1983).
