The Town Hall of Haddington is located in the Scottish town of Haddington in the Council Area East Lothian . In 1971 the building was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in the highest category A.

The building is located at the junction of Market Street and High Street in central Haddington. It was erected in 1748. The Scottish architect William Adam is responsible for the design . In 1788 a Venetian window was inserted on the west side . Based on a design by James Gillespie Graham , the town hall was expanded in the early 1830s. The striking tower on the east side also originates from this construction phase.

The courtroom is located in the western part of the classicist building. The west facade is designed with a stylized triangular gable and paired blinding pillars . In the middle is the Venetian window added in the late 18th century. The building closes with a slate roof. The high clock tower on the east side is striking. Tower clocks are installed on all sides at the level of the third floor. Above it, the tower tapers off and has an octagonal floor plan. He closes with a pointed helmet with a weather vane.
