The Ravens Mountains are a symmetrical group of mountains on the west side of the Hughes Basin in the Britannia Range of the Transantarctic Mountains . They extend over a length of 19 km and have their highest point in the 2130 m high Doll Peak .
They are named after the nickname Ravens for the 109th Airlift Wing of the Air National Guard , which has provided logistical support for the United States Antarctic Program since 1988 .
