Ravine Flyer II in Waldameer ( Erie , Pennsylvania , USA ) is a hybrid wooden roller coaster from The Gravity Group , which opened on May 17, 2008. While the rails with steel treadmills are made of wood, the supports and wheels are made of steel.

The Ravine Flyer II train replaces the park's old Ravine Flyer train , which was demolished in 1938. It was originally designed in the early 1990s by Larry Bill and Charles Dinn from Custom Coasters International , but redesigned a few years later by Dennis McNulty . After all, it was built by The Gravity Group .

Trains

Ravine Flyer II owns two trains from the manufacturer Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters with six cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) can be seated in each car.

Prices

It won the Golden Ticket Award 2008 in the Best New Ride category and was voted the eleventh best wooden roller coaster by the same award .
